One Snow Hill Barclays

One Snowhill is a £67 million office development in Birmingham City Centre. Barclay's took occupation on Levels 4 to 6 and the fit out is the largest they have carried out, outside of London, in recent years.

moda was chosen to carry out the glass screen installation, which was technically very complex with curved glass screens, curved glass doors and door frames. moda provided detailed technical support, drawings and the principle setting out on site, for all interfacing trades to follow.

Due to the fast-track nature of this project, detailed surveys were undertaken ahead of the framework construction on site, to procure the fabrication of specialist glass for bending to minimal tolerances was shipped and tracked prior to high quality installation being undertaken on site. The installation was completed on time, within budget and snag free.
