Contracting & Project management
Professional and experienced project management is a major part of the moda approach to contracting. We consider and manage all H&S risks with a professional and responsible approach, working in close consultation with all employees, subcontractors, clients and any other trades to define H&S policies and procedures. All of our site operatives are CSCS certified.
Our Project management approach
Coordination of our day-to-day site activities is taken care of by dedicated professional project managers who will be the main point of contact for any job. moda also provide installation managers to look after the day-to-day requirements of each contractor. Each project will be resourced with the appropriate level of labour to suit program requirements and each project or section of the works will have a foreman assigned to liaise with site management and tradespeople.
Throughout the construction process, moda offer valuable advice in terms of scheduling and management, providing solutions and ways to adapt their installations to ensure the completion of projects on time.
All this provides a fully rounded production team, capable of taking on any project, however complex, large or small.
